| Right To Use Copyrights and Trademarks. |

- You signify and represent to Lacers, LLC that you have the right to use and distribute every copyright, trademark, service mark, name, logo, image, quote, statement, graphic, art, picture or drawing or other intellectual property in order to be embroidered on the products you order from Lacers, LLC. By acquiring and submitting the material to Lacers, LLC for production and reproduction, you have not infringed on any third parties copyrighted material. By submitting the material you warrant that you have not violated any property rights of any third party. You agree to indemnify and hold Lacers, LLC and its members harmless from and against any expenses(including attorneys' fees), judgments, fines, taxes, penalties, loss, liability, damage, expense, or amounts paid in settlement actually and reasonably incurred by Indemnities in connection with any threatened, pending or completed action, suit or proceeding, demand or claim. You agree to pay any judgment or settlement offer resulting from the suit, claim or demand.
- The task of determining that the material you submit is not protected by trademark, service mark, copyright or any other proprietary right is your responsibility. You are solely responsible or acquiring legal permissions or licenses from third parties whose rights may be infringed by the use of material protected by any proprietary right including copyright, trademark or service mark.
Customers are not permitted to use any logo, design or graphic material in any way that would infringe on a proprietary mark. Lacers, LLC reserves the right to deny any image, logo, graphic, drawing, or design if we feel it is rude, obscene, unlawful, or vulgar. We assume no responsibility for any unlawful acts caused by a customer using a trademark, service mark, copyright material or proprietary mark. You agree to indemnify and hold Lacers, LLC harmless from and against any suit, demand claim, loss, liability, expense, damage, fees(including attorney fees) acquired by Lacers, LLC because of your unauthorized or illegal use of any material that is embroidered on products purchased by the customer through www.LacersOnline.com

Accuracy of Designs:
- Lacers, LLC is not responsible for display and accuracy of the designs and colors on www.LacersOnline.com. We will display the designs and colors as accurately as possible. Our products will be displayed as accurately as possible. We do not guarantee that your monitor will display the same colors as our monitor. Colors shown on the website are for display purposes only. We are not responsible for the inaccuracy of colors produced on your product. We assume no liability for any costs, damages or return of merchandise resulting from the variances from the products displayed online or on your computer and the actual product purchased by you from Lacers, LLC.
